I learned on stage how important it is to present yourself professionally while remaining authentic. Many people feel insecure about giving presentations; indeed, it requires practice and self-knowledge to talk confidently in public about your own qualities. For me, authenticity is a combination of voice, body, personality, and genuine enthusiasm for what you do.

Unlocking this enthusiasm in my clients and together finding ways for them to show their strengths in public while still owning their weaknesses is what keeps me motivated.

For me, Scienza is all about the fun of personality development and knowledge transfer. My particular passion is networking knowledge. The combination of coherent and authentic self-presentation with professional communication is the key to building sustainable relationships.
