Individual Coaching

In individual coaching we concentrate on your personal issues and questions.

  • Is there space for your ideas, wishes, and needs in everyday life?
  • Do you feel external pressures are paralyzing your creativity, energy, and enjoyment of life?
  • Do you desire change, but have lost confidence that it’s possible?
  • Are you aware of the values and priorities that drive your choices?

Rather than give you direct answers to these questions, we offer you space and a framework to find your own solutions. Coaching gives you time to pause and consider where you are in life…and decide whether or not you want to be there.

We help you understand your values and priorities, develop new strategies for action, and visualize the steps that will lead you to your goals.

You are the expert when it comes to your life. Together, we find out where you want to go, what’s holding you back, and how your personal qualities can support you on the way.

Individual coaching is a very effective tool for specific work-related questions, such as preparing for an interview, negotiating salary, or working out the next steps in your career.

How it works

The beginning. Arrange a preliminary meeting to discuss your concerns and what you expect from coaching. We explain the framework and conditions, and answer any questions you might have about the coaching process. At the end of the meeting you receive a contract to take home. The consultation gives you the opportunity to decide whether you feel comfortable with us. If you’d like to proceed with our work together, we arrange an appointment for the first coaching session, to which you bring your signed contract.

The process. Together we formulate actionable steps. Once the client has implemented the strategy, its effectiveness is evaluated, and the plan is adjusted as necessary.

Depending on your needs, coaching usually takes between three and ten sessions. The time between sessions can also vary. Discrete problems may be quickly resolved, while internal change takes time. Together we decide on the programme that best suits the issue and your situation—anything is possible, from a single day intensive to a regular weekly, monthly, or even quarterly meeting.

The end. In our final session, we reflect on the results of our work and develop a strategy to keep you on the ball.
